CUSTOMER REVIEW

Review

This is a very good knife. I own a 7" Shun Rock N Chop knife that cost $180. I bought this knife for $55, and as far as i can tell it is almost as sharp as the Shun knife. Honestly for the money i dont care if its not as sharp. Its seems sturdy and time will tell how the blade holds up. Honestly im very lucky that i live in a town where there is a professional knife sharpening place. So either way, if this knife dulls over time, i will just get it sharpened for $4. I truley believe that from what i have read and from what research i have done btween Shun and Zhen. Zhen really is a great knife for the money. There is just no need to spen $100's of dollars on Shun knives if these knives are avalible. I will probably by another type of Zhen knife to compair it to some of the other to brands, like Wusstof and Global. All in all, Id say for the money you cant beat this knife.
