It's a cheap knife for someone who is willing to deal with the fact it's not stainless. If you are willing to steelie and wipe it after every use,you're in for a treat. Holds an edge really well, the shape of the blade is just right for vegetable cuttinng. I wish the outer edge was rounded on the butt side so that it can be used better for scraping up remains from a bowl and such, but it's a minor nit -- the upside is it's more comfortable to push stuff off the cutting board with the back edge.



It's simple, it works really well, it's 8" which is what I wanted (I'd actually even go for 10"), it's comfortable, it's cheap and it works. All I can ask for, great knife.
