Ok, maybe not exactly like a pro, but with care and deliberation, you can get a pretty nice fillet of fish; just be sure to ask the fishmonger to scale and gut the fish to make your job easier, unless you want to do that by yourself as well.



Very sharp blade out of the box, so be careful - I cut my finger with the lightest of flicks. Great knife, really appreciate the case and sharpener that comes with the knife.
