I had to bake almost 150 cupcakes and 5 layer cakes for a bake sale for an entrepreneurship class. Let me tell you, this frosting knife worked wonders on all but one cupcake that I decided to eat prior to frosting. But when I used the knife to eat the rest of the frosting on its own, golden.
