I love the weight and balance of this cleaver. It was very sharp out of the box and just chews through veggie prep. My only complaint is that the "faux-hamon" is like a matte finish and seems to catch on food. if the whole blade was mirror finished like the top and edge of the blade, I'd like it a bit more.



Overall though, for the money, this is a great chunk of steel.
