I was really looking forward to receiving my Brieftons Tri-Blade Spiralizer, and it did not disappoint! This handy device is easy to set up, use, and clean. I was especially looking forward to using it to slice zucchini so that I could eat the zucchini sauteed in olive oil with some spices. I tried these "zoodles" as a base for pasta sauce, and was delighted at how delicious they were and how great the texture is. The machine itself is very, very easy to use. It pops right back into its box after use and cleaning with a simple fold of the handle. One thing I wish I could change is that it doesn't stick as well as I'd like to my shiny granite countertop, but I can live with it; movement is pretty minimal and it's worth it for the product. The unit cleans VERY quickly and thoroughly with a rinse in hot water. I have used a small dishwashing brush to remove all traces of zucchini from the blades; they tend to remain in the long flat blade, but are very easy to remove. I really researched spiral cutters before deciding on Brieftons. One advantage, to me, is that the cutter has a lifetime warranty! Since my purchase, Brieftons has been in touch a few times to make sure I am a satisfied customer! That's what I call customer service! So, for reasons of ease, usefulness to me, and customer care, I give this an enthusiastic five stars! I'm looking forward to may years of use of this with all sorts of veggies and fruits.
